beyond social media

It's not enough to have a Facebook page and say you're doing the "social media" thing. You've got to post regularly, but beyond that, you've got to have a brand and product or service people can connect to and care about. Going "beyond" is going back to the old. Have a clear message, have a ready operation, and have energy to make connections with customers.
